Our Therapies
Three therapies.
One root cause.
The root cause is a dysregulated sensory processing system - where the brain receives input from the senses but processes it unevenly. Too much sensitivity in some areas, too little in others. The same imbalance. Completely different presentations in every person.
This is why everyone is so different. A child who covers their ears in a classroom, an adult exhausted by the end of every day, an athlete who can't access their peak under pressure - they may all share similiar sensory roots. Understanding your specific sensory profile is where everything begins.
All three therapies are non-invasive and passive - no surgery, no medication, no discomfort. Sound (AIT) and Light (LWS) therapies directly address sensory processing by retraining the auditory and visual pathways that shape how the brain receives and interprets the world. The Developmental Programme addresses the movement and reflex foundations underneath.
01 🎧 SOUND
Bérard Auditory Integration Training
AIT · 10 days · 20 sessions · Non-invasive
A non-invasive sound-based therapy that retrains auditory processing using specially filtered music - two 30-minute sessions daily over 10 days. The client simply listens. The auditory system does the work.
Sensory processing
Dyslexia or other learning difficulties
ADHD
ASD

Speech & language difficulties
02 💡 LIGHT
Lightwave Stimulation
LWS · 10 days · 20 sessions · Non-invasive
A non-invasive light-based therapy using controlled wavelengths of visible light to gently stimulate the eye-brain connection - regulating mood, sleep, attention, and emotional processing. Passive and gentle. Often delivered alongside AIT.

03 🌱 DEVELOPMENT
Developmental Programme
Ongoing · at home · Non-invasive
A non-invasive movement-based programme addressing retained primitive reflexes and supporting neurological maturation. The developmental foundation that everything else builds on - delivered through gentle, targeted exercises.

Every person's sensory profile is unique. That is why an assessment always comes before therapy - we need to understand your specific pattern of sensory imbalance before we can know which combination of therapies, and in which order, will be most effective for you.
